There were 213 new listings of detached homes and 135 sales in the month, which gives us a sales-to-new listings ratio of 63.38% for the month of July. That means that a little over 6 homes were sold for every 10 homes that were listed in the month, indicating a Seller's market for the City of Brantford as a whole. The number of sales were up 15.38% in July 2019 compared to July 2018. The average sale price in Brantford’s North End neighbourhoods in July 2019 was $464,493, which is up 2.97% compared to the average sale price of $451,082 for July 2018. There were 52 new listings of detached homes and 40 sales in the month of July, which gives us a sales-to-new listings ratio of 76.92% for the month. That means that a little more than 7.5 out of every 10 homes listed in the month were sold, indicating a strong Seller's market in the North End neighbourhoods last month. West Brant

The average sale price in the West Brant area in June 2019 was $563,934, which is up 6.26% compared to the average sale price of $530,736 for July 2018. There were 46 new listings of detached homes and 29 sales in the month of July, which gives us a sales-to-new listings ratio of 63.04% for the month. That means that almost 6.5 homes were sold for every 10 homes that were listed in the month, indicating a Seller's market in the West Brant neighbourhoods last month. The number of sales were up 31.82% in July 2019 compared to July 2018.
